Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partnerships Manager for our Bangalore office to drive admissions and build strong, long-term relationships with universities and colleges. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in partnerships, preferably within the education sector, with a strong focus on admissions generation through a team of callers. A deep understanding of the local education landscape, specifically in higher education institutions, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development:
- Build, manage, and nurture relationships with key university and college stakeholders in Bangalore to drive enrollment and partnerships for IIDEs various programs.
- Identify and establish new partnerships with educational institutions to expand IIDEs reach and brand presence.
- Work closely with universities, colleges, and other educational bodies to understand their requirements and propose relevant programs, ensuring both academic and commercial success.
- Admissions and Enrollment Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategies for student admissions via a team of callers, ensuring targets and deadlines are consistently met.
- Work with the team to track, optimize, and refine lead generation strategies, ensuring maximum conversion from inquiries to enrollments.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that target prospective students in the region.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for universities and colleges to ensure smooth communication and to address any concerns or requirements.
- Develop and manage partnerships to maintain strong relationships and high levels of satisfaction with key stakeholders, including university administrators and faculty members.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Maintain detailed records of all partnerships, progress, and key performance metrics related to admissions and student enrollments.
- Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance to senior management, providing insights and suggesting improvements.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal teams and external stakeholders, highlighting success stories, challenges, and strategies.
- Team Management:
- Lead and guide a team of callers in Bangalore, providing them with training, support, and the necessary resources to meet admissions targets.
- Motivate and empower the team to deliver exceptional results while maintaining a high level of productivity and enthusiasm.
- Requirements:
- Must-Have:
- 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or admissions management, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong background in working with universities, colleges, or educational institutions, with an understanding of how admissions processes work.
- Proven ability to manage and drive admissions through a team of callers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on measurable outcomes and targets.
- Fluent in English and Kannada (native or strong proficiency preferred).
