About the Role

Were looking for a Program Coordinator College Operations to oversee academic administration, student experience, and operational coordination of our BDB program across two locations – a designated partner college and the IIDE Andheri Campus.

This is a non-teaching role that focuses on academic support, student coordination, and end-to-end program operations. You will serve as the face of IIDE at the college, working closely with deans, faculty, and students to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Program & Academic Coordination

• Represent IIDE at assigned partner colleges in Mumbai, maintaining smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage trainer schedules using Google Calendar.
• Monitor and update the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure effective course delivery.
• Assist trainers with operational needs and provide support for day-to-day queries.

Student Engagement & Counseling

• Serve as the primary point of contact for students across calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Counsel students for their course enquiry at a college (between June and August)
• Support students throughout their academic journey — from onboarding to course completion.

Communication & Reporting

• Maintain regular communication with students to address queries and ensure engagement.
• Share timely updates with the internal team about student concerns, trainer needs, and operational insights.
  

Who You Are

Must-Have

• 1–2 years of experience in program coordination, student counseling, or EdTech operations.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, CRM systems, and WhatsApp-based communication.
• Residing in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai and comfortable with daily travel between two work locations.

• Interest in student success, sales, or counseling.
• Prior experience in a college-facing role or working with academic institutions.
• Exposure to EdTech, academic operations, or program delivery.
  

Key Expectations & Deliverables

• Achieve batch strength through student counseling.
• 2–3 hours of daily student communication during the peak admission period.
• Ensure a seamless student journey — from inquiry to graduation.
