Sr. Associate / ATL - College Operations

About the Role

As a Senior Associate/Associate Team Lead - College Operations, you will oversee the operations of IIDEs undergraduate programs delivered at our partner colleges in Mumbai. Reporting to the Manager, this role emphasizes coordination, process management, and the delivery of outstanding student experiences. You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, resolving escalations, and driving program success without direct team management responsibilities.

What You'll Do

Program Oversight

• Coordinate the delivery of undergraduate programs, ensuring all milestones from onboarding to course completion are met.
  
• Monitor student engagement and satisfaction, ensuring a consistently positive experience throughout their academic journey.
  
• Track key metrics such as attendance, assignment completion, and retention to uphold program quality.
  

College Collaboration

• Act as the primary liaison between IIDE and partner colleges, ensuring smooth execution of curriculum, infrastructure arrangements, and other requirements.
  
• Build strong working relationships with college faculty and administration to achieve shared objectives.
  

Escalation and Issue Management

• Address escalations from students, parents, and college representatives with professionalism and quick resolutions.
  
• Support operational tasks to maintain seamless program delivery.
  

Event Coordination

• Assist in planning and executing academic events such as orientation, guest lectures, workshops, and graduation ceremonies.
  
• Collaborate with college representatives to ensure all academic and extracurricular activities are executed smoothly.
  

Process Improvement

• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and the student experience.
  
• Leverage tools like Google Workspace and other software to streamline workflows and manage queries effectively.
  

Data Analysis

• Monitor and analyze data on attendance, feedback, and retention to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  
• Propose actionable strategies based on insights to improve program delivery and student outcomes.
  

Stakeholder Support

• Collaborate with internal teams, such as admissions and placements, to align efforts with overall program goals.
  
• Ensure timely communication and coordination between IIDE, students, and partner colleges.
  

Additional Duties

• Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by senior management within the scope of program operations.
  

Requirements

Who You Are

Must-Have

• 5+ years of professional experience in operations or student-facing roles, preferably within education or ed-tech sectors.
  
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.) and familiarity with tools like WhatsApp Web, Zoom, and email automation software.
  
• A positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure while delivering high-quality results.
  

Should Have

• Knowledge of process optimization and data-driven decision-making techniques.
  
• Ability to handle escalations and resolve issues effectively to maintain program success.
  

Nice to Have

• Exposure to academic operations or partnerships with colleges.
  
• Certifications or training in operational management or process improvement.
