Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partnerships Manager for our Bangalore office to drive admissions and build strong, long-term relationships with universities and colleges. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in partnerships, preferably within the education sector, with a strong focus on admissions generation through a team of callers. A deep understanding of the local education landscape, specifically in higher education institutions, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Development:

Build, manage, and nurture relationships with key university and college stakeholders in Bangalore to drive enrollment and partnerships for IIDEs various programs.

Identify and establish new partnerships with educational institutions to expand IIDEs reach and brand presence.

Work closely with universities, colleges, and other educational bodies to understand their requirements and propose relevant programs, ensuring both academic and commercial success.

Admissions and Enrollment Strategy:

Develop and implement strategies for student admissions via a team of callers, ensuring targets and deadlines are consistently met.

Work with the team to track, optimize, and refine lead generation strategies, ensuring maximum conversion from inquiries to enrollments.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that target prospective students in the region.

Stakeholder Management:

Act as the main point of contact for universities and colleges to ensure smooth communication and to address any concerns or requirements.

Develop and manage partnerships to maintain strong relationships and high levels of satisfaction with key stakeholders, including university administrators and faculty members.

Reporting & Analytics:

Maintain detailed records of all partnerships, progress, and key performance metrics related to admissions and student enrollments.

Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance to senior management, providing insights and suggesting improvements.

Prepare presentations and reports for internal teams and external stakeholders, highlighting success stories, challenges, and strategies.

Team Management:

Lead and guide a team of callers in Bangalore, providing them with training, support, and the necessary resources to meet admissions targets.

Motivate and empower the team to deliver exceptional results while maintaining a high level of productivity and enthusiasm.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or admissions management, preferably in the education sector.

Strong background in working with universities, colleges, or educational institutions, with an understanding of how admissions processes work.

Proven ability to manage and drive admissions through a team of callers.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on measurable outcomes and targets.

Fluent in English and Kannada (native or strong proficiency preferred).
