About the Role

We are seeking fresh graduates eager to launch their career in sales and business development. As a Business Development Executive at IIDE, you will play an essential role in driving student enrollments by introducing them to our dynamic range of programs. This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals passionate about education and looking to grow in the EdTech sales industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Engagement: Reach out to prospective students and parents, introduce IIDEs programs, and effectively communicate the value of our digital marketing courses.
  
• Lead Generation & Follow-up: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, ensuring timely and regular follow-ups to nurture potential enrollments.
  
• Persuasion & Enrollment: Highlight the benefits of IIDE’s courses, career opportunities, and outcomes to persuade students to enroll.
  
• Program Guidance: Assist students in selecting the most suitable course based on their interests and career goals.
  
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of student interactions and inquiries in the CRM system to ensure smooth follow-up and conversion.
  

Requirements

Who Can Apply?

• Must-Have:
  
  
• Fresh graduates from any stream who are passionate about sales and business development.
  
• Strong communication and persuasion skills to effectively engage with prospective students.
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Based in Mumbai and willing to work from the office.
  
• Nice-to-Have:
  
  
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (not mandatory).
  
• Familiarity with education or EdTech industry (a plus).
