Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hospital's services, facilities, and medical expertise.
• Drive brand awareness and loyalty through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand healthcare trends and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
• Oversee the creation of compelling content, marketing collateral, and digital campaigns.
• Utilize data analytics to measure and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Build and nurture relationships with media, partners, and key influencers to enhance the hospital's public image.
• Lead a dynamic marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Should be able to organise CMEs/ camps etc.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a senior marketing leader, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• A passion for healthcare and a commitment to the hospital's mission and values.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of progressive experience in marketing.
• Skills: Proven expertise in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, strong leadership skills, and a results-driven mindset.
