• What is the build up for on floor TNI?
• What is the feedback methodology used ?
• What is the method used to manage BQM ? What are the QC tools ?
• What is the PIP turn around time ?

Requirements:

• Candidate should have BPO Experience.
• should have any cards/sales background.
• Must be a Graduate
• should be comfortable in 24*7 Rotational shift.
• good communication required
