Shift timing : 3:30 pm to 12:30 Am IST.

Job Description :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Siebel Developer or similar CRM application development role.

- In-depth knowledge of Siebel Tools, including configuration, scripting, workflows, and business services.

- Proficiency in Siebel eScript, JavaScript, and SQL for customizing and extending Siebel functionality.

- Familiarity with integration technologies and standards like web services, EAI, and middleware.

- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices in designing customer-centric applications.

- Experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and debugging Siebel applications.

- Knowledge of database concepts and experience with Oracle or other relational databases.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

- Certifications in Siebel or related technologies are a plus.
