Siebel Developer (5-9 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Siebel Developer with hands-on expertise in Siebel Configuration, CRM Order Management, and related functionalities. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and functional skills, specifically in Siebel CRM, and have a proven track record of working in telecom domain projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize Siebel CRM modules, including :

1. Account and Contact Management

2. Assistant Agent Billing Care

3. CRM Order Management

4. Workforce Management

5. PRM (Partner Relationship Management) / Dealer Management

6. Field Service

- Develop and script using Siebel CRM Scripting and Open UI.

- Design and implement Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) solutions.

- Generate and manage reports using Siebel BI Publisher Reports.

- Work on Siebel versions 20.x and above.

Preferred Skills and Experience :

- Strong knowledge and experience in the telecommunications domain is mandatory.

- Hands-on experience with RODOD (Rapid Offer Design and Order Delivery) Implementation is an added advantage.

- Demonstrated expertise in analyzing and resolving complex issues within the Siebel CRM ecosystem.
