Generative AI Specialist (0-2 yrs)

Designation : Gen AI Specialist. (MBA from IIM tier-1 mandate).

Experience : 0-2 years.

Qualification : MBA (IIM preferred Tier 1).

Location : Remote.

Notice Period : Immediate Joiner (7-15 days max).

Mandate Skillsets : Generative AI, Artificial Intelligence, Business Artificial Intelligence, Data Visualization, Business Strategy, Product Strategy, Business Analysis.

AI Ethics and Compliance :

- Ensure that AI solutions adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any potential issues.

Data Analysis :

- Analyze and assess data quality, availability, and relevance for AI model training.

- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data pipelines are in place for AI projects.

AI Solution Design :

- Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to design generative AI solutions that align with client needs.

- Create detailed functional specifications and use cases for AI models and applications.

Performance Monitoring :

- Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of AI models and applications.

- Regularly monitor AI solutions and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements Gathering :

- Elicit and document detailed business requirements, including data needs, use cases, and success criteria.

- Work closely with clients to define project scopes and deliverables.

- Client Engagement & Stakeholder Communication.

- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business objectives and challenges.

- Identify opportunities where generative AI can provide value and solve business problems.

- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business terms.

- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to clients and management.

Education and Essential Experience :

- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

- Proven experience as a business analyst, preferably in AI or technology-related projects.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

- Knowledge of generative AI concepts and technologies is a plus.
