Chistats is at the forefront of leveraging data science and artificial intelligence to deliver impactful business solutions. We are looking for a talented Data Scientist with expertise in Generative AI to join our innovative team in Pune.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with a strong focus on Generative AI applications to help develop and implement cutting-edge AI solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various Large Language Models (LLMs) and traditional machine learning approaches.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy GenAI applications to solve complex business problems

- Integrate various LLM APIs into production systems

- Perform advanced text analysis using both traditional machine learning methods and modern GenAI approaches

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Stay current with the latest developments in the GenAI space and implement new techniques as appropriate

- Document and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Participate in the entire machine learning lifecycle from problem definition to deployment and monitoring

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable experience in data science or related roles

- Proven expertise in developing GenAI applications and working with LLM APIs

- In-depth knowledge of various LLMs and their practical applications

- Strong proficiency in Python, particularly for API development and integration

- Experience with traditional machine learning methods for text analysis

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience with popular LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools

- Familiarity with fine-tuning and prompt engineering techniques

- Knowledge of model evaluation metrics and optimization methods

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
