Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer to design and develop state-of-the-art AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong foundations in generative models, vector databases, and evaluation metrics, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical AI solutions.

Technical Requirements :

1. Core Skills :

- Deep expertise in generative AI models and architectures

- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures

- Proficiency in vector databases and similarity search implementations

- Experience with model evaluation metrics and performance optimization

- Advanced programming skills in Python with AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)

2. AI/ML Expertise :

- Hands-on experience with GPT models and Hugging Face transformers

- Knowledge of transfer learning and domain adaptation techniques

- Expertise in implementing and optimizing AI pipelines

- Strong background in NLP and text generation

- Experience with model compression and optimization techniques

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end generative AI solutions

- Develop and optimize AI models for enterprise use cases

- Establish evaluation frameworks for assessing AI model outputs

- Implement efficient vector database solutions for large-scale deployments

- Create and maintain AI pipelines for production environments

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI project goals

Required Experience :

- Production deployment of generative AI models

- Implementation of vector similarity search systems

- Development of evaluation metrics for AI outputs

- Integration with cloud-based AI services

- Experience with data privacy and security in AI applications
