Automation Engineer - Playwright Testing (5-8 yrs)

Role : Automation Engineer (Playwright).

Primary Skills : Automation Testing, Selenium webdriver, Java, API Testing, Cucumber.

Experience : 5-8 Years.

Location : Hybrid (Gurgaon).

Notice period : Immediate Joiner.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Playwright.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

- Execute automated tests and analyze test results, identifying defects and areas for improvement.

- Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test strategies.

- Perform regression testing, functional testing, and performance testing as needed.

- Continuously improve the automation framework and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members in automation testing best practices.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of the QA process.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and methodologies to ensure the highest standards of quality.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5 to 8 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation testing.

- Proficiency in automation testing tools, specifically Selenium and Playwright.

- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, or JavaScript.

- Experience with CI/CD tools and frameworks (e.g, Jenkins, Git).

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
