iBASEt - Quality Assurance Automation Engineer - Selenium/Playwright Testing (2-4 yrs)

We are looking for an Automation Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.

As a Automation Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible to understand the product in detailed, creating and maintaining the automation scripts for the regression suites.

Your responsibilities :

- Convert/Write automation scripts from the manual cases

- Maintain the regression suites and fix the failed cases

- Detailed knowledge of application functions, bug fixing, and testing protocols.

- Test current products and identify deficiencies

- Identify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved

- Suggest solutions to identified product problems

- Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement

- Collect quality data & perform regression testing

- Oversee continuous improvement projects

- Say up to date with new testing tools and test strategies

Skill sets/Experience we require :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a similar field.

- Min 2 years of proven experience as an QA Automation Engineer (Selenium/ playwright + java + TestNG)

- Experience with a variety of testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven

- Experience with coding using JSON, XLSX, XML

- Critical thinker and problem-solver

- Great interpersonal and communication skill

- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing

- Good experience with automated testing tools i.e selenium, playwright

- Experience in handling the automated regression test suites

- Capable to write test cases that aligned with automation

- Good to have knowledge of SQL and scripting

- Good to have experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
