Key Responsibilities :-

• Handle Customers via Email, Chat and Voice Calls, Blended Process
• Address customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customer.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues and resolve in the given TAT.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
• Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and service skills.

Requirements :-

• Strong Problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Graduate
• 24*7/ 6 days working Voice campaign.
• No Transport

Languages required :- English , Hindi

Salary upto - 25K - 30K CTC
