Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: ienergizer, A-37, Sector 60, Noida

Salary: CTC- upto 28k

Job Type: Full-time

Experience & Eligibility:

- Freshers and graduates (or pursuing graduates) are welcome to apply.

- Prior experience in customer service is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Shift Timings:

- Females: Day shift with flexible hours between 6 A.M. to 8 P.M.

- Males: Rotational shifts (may include morning, evening, and night shifts).

Note: No cab facilities provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries professionally over phone calls.

- Deliver excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.

- Adhere to company communication guidelines and protocols.

- Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams for timely resolution.

Requirements:

- Education: Graduation or pursuing graduation from any discipline.

- Communication Skills: Good command of English (able to read, write, and understand).

- Customer Service Skills: Strong customer-focused approach and problem-solving abilities.
