* Location- iEnergizer- A37 Block A Sector 60, Noida (Gate Number 2)
* Position- Customer Support Executive
* Salary - 25K CTC
* Skills- Excellent communication skills
* Qualification- Any Graduate (pursuing graduation can also apply)
* Experience- Minimum 6 months in BPO


Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service via phone and email.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns with patience and empathy.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
