1. Premium Process

* Position: Customer Support Executive

* Location- iEnergizer- A37 Block A Sector 60, Noida (Gate Number 2)

* Salary: ₹25,000 CTC

* Experience Required: 1 Year in BPO

* Education: Any Graduate with excellent communication skills

Role and Responsibilities:

- Provide top-notch customer support and address inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.

- Engage in upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.

2. Technical Support

* Position-Junior Engineer Executive

* Salary - ₹22.5K CTC

* Skills- excellent communication skills with fluent English with no MTI

* Qualification- B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA and B.E

* Experience- fresher's / experienced both eligible

Role and Responsibilities:

- Provide top-notch customer service via phone and email.

- Resolve customer complaints and concerns with patience and empathy.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.

3. Domestic Voice Process

* Position: Customer Support Executive

* Salary: ₹15,000 CTC - ₹22,000 CTC

* Experience Required: Open to freshers and experienced candidates

* Education: 12th or any Graduate with good communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with products, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

- Provide product information and support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
