1. Premium Process
* Position: Customer Support Executive
* Location- iEnergizer- A37 Block A Sector 60, Noida (Gate Number 2)
* Salary: ₹25,000 CTC.
* Experience Required: 1 Year in BPO
* Education: Any Graduate with excellent communication skills.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer support and address inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.

2. Technical Support
* Position-Junior Engineer Executive
* Salary - ₹22.5K CTC
* Skills- excellent communication skills with fluent English with no MTI
* Qualification- B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc, BCA, MCA and B.E.
* Experience- fresher's / experienced both can apply.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service via phone and email.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns with patience and empathy.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
