About the Role :
- The ideal candidate will have strong existing relationships with enterprise customers and a proven track record in selling IT solutions.
- The role requires expertise in at least two of the following technologies: Storage, Servers, Networking, and Security.
Key Responsibilities :
- Enterprise Relationship Building: Leverage existing connections and build new relationships at the enterprise level.
- Business Development: Identify potential customers and create a targeted business development plan to engage them.
- Customer Acquisition: Prospect, qualify, and convert new customers, managing the sales process from interest generation to deal closure.
- New Business Growth: Drive revenue growth within new accounts, identifying upsell opportunities and expanding business.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure comprehensive account penetration and maximize revenue potential.
- Revenue Maximization: Collaborate with partners, OEMs, vendors, and distributors to maximize account revenue and drive long-term growth.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong sales funnel, balancing run-rate and strategic deals to ensure consistent month-over-month growth.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed business targets, including both turnover and profitability.
- Market Insight: Demonstrate deep knowledge of industry solutions, services, and competitive advantages to position offerings effectively.
- Customer Focus: Collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality customer service and problem resolution.
- Solution Development: Work closely with the technical team to design and propose solutions tailored to customer needs.
- OEM/Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, vendors, and clients.
- Payment Collections: Ensure timely payment collection by monitoring outstanding invoices and prioritizing follow-ups.
Qualifications :
- Strong experience in enterprise IT sales and technical solutions
- Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and enterprise-level negotiations
- Ability to work cross-functionally to drive revenue and customer satisfaction
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills
- Team management and leadership skill
