About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the enterprise segment.
- You will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, while ensuring customer satisfaction and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive sales of IT hardware and software products, including cybersecurity, networking, and data center solutions.
- Identify and pursue new enterprise sales opportunities within assigned territories.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate and grow key accounts.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise accounts.
- Negotiate and close complex sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Account Management:
- Manage and maintain existing customer relationships to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
- Ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports on sales performance.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven sales experience in IT Hardware and Software Solutions with a strong focus on enterprise sales.
- Deep expertise in Cybersecurity, Networking, and Data Center solutions.
- Prior experience in the Systems Integration (SI) industry is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
- Experience in handling large enterprise accounts.
- Local candidates only will be considered.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Apple or HP products.
- MBA degree preferred.
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of relevant business development experience in the IT industry
