Designation-Sales Account Manager

Experience : 3 to 7 years (Sales Account Manager)

Work Location: Mumbai and Gurgaon/Delhi

Notice period:- Immediate to max 15 days

Key skill- Must have field sales experience in enterprise software sales, Consultative sales, etc.

Responsibilities:

- Meet or exceed thresholds pertinent to success as defined by sales goals & objectives.

- Build and manage the sales pipeline.

- Articulate and effectively communicate the company's value proposition to prospect leadership, including C-level IT leadership.

- Day-to-day management of existing accounts to expand the Company's footprint.

- Lead efforts to upsell the Company's Intelligent Automation platform licenses and services.

- Be responsible for the preparation of customer proposals in collaboration with internal teams.-

- Negotiate and close deals in a timely manner keeping quarterly targets in mind.

- Use consultative skills and technical knowledge to develop and maximize sales opportunities.

- Build excellent relationship with partner community to identify opportunities and expand pipeline.

- Generate and execute sales campaign ideas and maximize sales funnel.

Requirements:

- 2.5 - 7 years of prior sales experience in the software services industry.

- Prior experience selling Enterprise Software such as BPM (Business Process Management), RPA (Robotics Process Automation), ERP, ESB, BI, and Enterprise Portal.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as outstanding presentation and organizational skills.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota on a quarterly basis.

- Extremely good time management skills.

- Ability to overcome hurdles to advance sales cycle for timely closure.

- Proficiency using mainstream PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM solutions such as salesforce.com
