Manager Finance & Administration Delivery - Procure To Pay

Responsibilities

AsaManager - Finance and Administration Delivery, youare responsible forthe project service request management, delivery status reporting and financial forecasting, reporting and analysis. This position develops and makes theday-to-dayPMA operations more efficient.

Your primary responsibilities include:

Manage service delivery of Procure to Pay (P2P) processes in scope.

In chargeof invoice processing, vendor master management; query resolution, indexing, Invoice reconciliation and accounts reporting activities.

Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met on timelines and accuracy.

Ensure proper financial treatment oftheteam's transactions.

Maintainasound Internal control environment.

Lead Special Projects and handle customer expectations.

Ensure feedback is provided for the process.

Systematicallyidentify,analyze,and tackle issues and problems to reachoptimalsolutionson time.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree

Preferred education
Master's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

Minimum10years of experience in Finance and Accounts.

Proven ability to draw conclusions and recommendations from data trends and comparisons.

Demonstrated knowledge to workcross-functionally, across finance,operationsand matrixed structure.

Hands-on experience to support efforts toidentifyways to improve revenue and/or minimize costs through sound executions of project management processes.

By using knowledge oftheprocess, dedicatedlyidentifyareas of concern to the Project Management team.

Ability to perform assigned tasks withinadefined schedule andin accordance withestablished procedures and mentorship.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Proficient in MS Office applications.

Ambitious individual who can work under their direction towards agreed targets/goals.

Ability to work under tight timelines and be part of change management initiatives.

Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Enhance technical skills by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications etc.
