Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Manager to join our team in Mysuru, India. As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front office operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of front desk staff. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can efficiently manage daily operations while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Lead and supervise the front office team, including hiring, training, and performance management
Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction
Manage room inventory and optimize occupancy rates
Oversee guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring prompt and professional resolution
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and maintain operational efficiency
Implement and maintain front office systems and procedures
Monitor and analyze front office performance metrics and financial reports
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experiences and increase revenue
Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in front office operations
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
Excellent knowledge of hotel management systems, particularly Opera PMS
Strong leadership and team management skills
Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on creating exceptional guest experiences
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hotel management software
Solid understanding of hotel operations, including housekeeping and maintenance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
Financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
