Social Media Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Content Creation & Curation: Develop social media calendar, and publish creative and engaging content (posts, stories, videos, graphics) across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and voice while appealing to target audiences.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, memes, and viral content to keep the brand's social presence fresh and engaging.
• Community Engagement & Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media channels in a timely and engaging manner.
• Encourage user-generated content, running campaigns and contests to boost interaction and brand awareness.
• Social Media Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
• Social Media Strategy & Reporting: Assist in the development of social media strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and business goals.
• Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics such as reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions.
• Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve social media performance and optimize content.
• Brand Monitoring: Monitor social media platforms for brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity.
• Stay informed about market trends, and propose new strategies or adjustments to keep the companyahead of the curve.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of prior experience in a similar role.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in managing social media platforms.
• Experience in social media ads.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
• Knowledgeable about web traffic metrics.

Preferred Industry:

B2C industry or digital agency is essential
