Job Description

Role & responsibilities


Social Media Strategy Development:

  • Work closely with the marketing and brand team to develop a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to building awareness for our brand.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and innovative strategies, particularly to grow Instagram following and engagement.

Content Creation & Daily Posting:

  • Create engaging daily content across Instagram, ensuring consistency with the brands voice, visual identity, and messaging.
  • Focus on creating diverse content, including photos, carousels, polls, and interactive posts that encourage engagement.

Instagram Reels Creation:

  • Conceptualize, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels that are creative, shareable, and on-trend, to increase brand visibility and attract new followers.
  • Experiment with different content types for Reels (e.g., tutorials, behind-the-scenes, user-generated content, product showcases) to drive high engagement.
  • Stay on top of Instagrams evolving algorithm and leverage Reels to boost organic reach.

Social Media Engagement & Community Management:

  • Actively engage with followers through comments, direct messages, and story interactions to nurture relationships and build a loyal online community.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly and professionally to maintain a positive brand image.

Follower Growth & Boosting Strategy:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the brands followers, particularly on Instagram, by using effective engagement, collaborations, and boosting techniques.
  • Identify and engage with potential followers, influencers, and brand advocates to expand reach.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and manage Instagram campaigns (organic and paid) to promote new products, events, or special offers.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor and track the performance of daily posts, Instagram Reels, and social media campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Analyze engagement metrics, follower growth, reach, and other KPIs to assess the success of social media activities and adjust strategies as needed.

Influencer Collaborations & Partnerships:

  • Identify potential influencers and micro-influencers for collaborations to boost brand visibility and attract new followers.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in managing Instagram accounts, including daily posting, content creation, and Reels development.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram’s features, trends, algorithms, and best practices for organic growth.
  • Proficiency with social media tools such as Instagram Insights and Canva.
  • Experience with Instagram Ads and social media boosting strategies to attract new followers and engage the community.
  • Basic video editing skills (e.g., using InShot, Canva or other ) for creating Reels.
  • Strong writing, copywriting, and storytelling skills tailored to Instagram’s platform.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with the community in a friendly, authentic manner.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
