Role & responsibilities

• Expertise as Responsible of formulation at the R&D Department.
• Expertise on skincare liposomed cosmetic formulation developments and reformulations (chemical peels and facial & body skincare cosmetics).
• Expertise on carrying out new developments starting from the scracth (Briefing, search for new raw material/active ingredients, master formula design, laboratory sampling, stability control test, pilot test, scaled and industrial test.
• Expertise on coordinating the industrial product tests at the very beginning of the manufacturing process.
• Expertise on formulations to third parties (Contract Manufacturing).
• Expertise on dealing with the Manufacturing dept. to frequently check and make the quality control during the whole manufacturing process.
• Expertise on dealing with raw material suppliers.
• Expertise in internal evaluation/homologation of raw material, raw material suppliers and primary and secondary packaging.
• Expertise on manufacturing and working methodologies per type of product (creams, serum, gel, semi-gel, etc.) and adjustments to the new manufcaturing plant and industrial equipments (such as new reactors).

Qualification

• Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• Master degree in Cosmetic industry and formulation.

Mandatory Skills

1.Must have a experience in Cosmetics/Skincare.
2.Good expertise in R&D Department.
3.Experience in Formulation in R&D.
