The Role:

iamneo is a fast-growing AI-powered edtech company that provides innovative tech learning solutions for enterprises and educational institutions. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join us as Manager - Finance & Accounts. This role offers a great opportunity for a young CA to take ownership of financial operations, work closely with leadership, and contribute to strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business objectives.

- Prepare financial statements, reports, and MIS for data-driven decision-making.

- Manage taxation (GST, TDS, income tax), audits, and regulatory compliance.

- Oversee cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury activities.

- Establish internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.

- Ensure smooth processing of payroll, vendor payments, and invoicing.

- Collaborate with senior leadership on business strategy and financial health.

Requirements;

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory.

- 2 to 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in an IT organization.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.

- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.

- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

- Based in Coimbatore or willing to relocate.
