iamneo is a fast-growing, AI-powered edtech company providing innovative tech learning solutions for enterprises and educational institutions. We're seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff to join our Founder's Office.
You will be a key thought partner to the CEO, supporting strategic decision-making and managing critical initiatives. This multifaceted role demands exceptional analytical skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to manage diverse responsibilities concurrently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations to support executive decisions.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives and business plans that drive organizational growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and offer valuable recommendations.
- Prepare board presentations, executive reports, and strategic communications.
- Manage the CEO's strategic priorities, calendar, and communications.
- Serve as the central point of contact between the CEO and various stakeholders.
- Coordinate high-level meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up.
- Handle special projects and ad-hoc assignments as directed by leadership.
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of experience, ideally in a founder's office, Chief of Staff role, or a position managing multiple responsibilities.
- MBA from an IIM (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; an extroverted personality is preferred.
- Sharp intellect with the ability to simplify complex problems.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Good understanding of mathematical concepts, including permutations, combinations, and probability.
- Experience in strategy consulting or related fields is preferred, though not mandatory.
