Business Development Manager - Only Female/Ed Tech

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our franchise development efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong background in sales, and a passion for building relationships with potential franchisees.

Only an Ed Tech experience candidate can apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential franchise leads to expand our franchise network.
• Conduct outbound calls and meetings to introduce franchise opportunities and build relationships.
• Provide detailed information about franchise offerings, benefits, and processes.
• Address inquiries and concerns from potential franchisees effectively.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns for franchise recruitment.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in franchise development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Goal-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
