Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Franchisee Recruitment: Identify and recruit potential franchisees to expand the network.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for franchise expansion.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees.
• Support: Provide support to new franchisees to ensure their success.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of franchisees and provide ongoing support to help them achieve their business goals.
• Compliance: Ensure that all franchisees adhere to company policies and standards.

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to expand our company's franchisee network, PAN India Retail outlet expansion & B2B Tie Ups. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development, with a proven track record of successfully growing franchise networks.
