Our mission is to bridge the gap between traditional classroom settings and future education with advanced digital tools and innovative practices, ensuring high-quality, accessible education for diverse learning needs. We are seeking a skilled React/Next.js with Python Full Stack Developer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The role requires collaboration with graphic designers and the product team to design flexible and well-structured front-end and back-end architectures. Developers will be responsible for creating visualizations capable of rendering vast amounts of data and developing complex designs for our virtual learning platform.

Responsibilities

Architect, develop and maintain high-quality React Native applications with clean code.

Use additional JavaScript libraries, such as Redux or Zustand, React-Query, etc, to make asynchronous API calls and enhance website performance and Styling libraries such as TailWind CSS, CSS, etc.

Implement pixel-perfect user interfaces that align with design specifications.

Diagnose and repair bugs and performance bottlenecks to achieve better performance.

Engage with the open-source community to assist in implementing critical software fixes as React / Next.js evolves.

Utilize contemporary, smooth animations and transitions to provide an excellent user experience.

Plan the data and presentation layers of the application's front end.

Be part of a community of React developers who share knowledge and support one another.

Requirements

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Arts and Science in Computer Science, with 1+ years of industry/hands-on experience.

Extensive knowledge of React tools such as Webpack, Next.js, React.js, React-Query, and Redux/Zustand, Python, FastAPI, Django, Flask.

Strong command of JavaScript, and TypeScript including ES6+ syntax.

Proficient in REST API, document request model, and offline storage.

Ability to understand and align with Full Stack clients' goals and deliver on promises.

Effective team player who enjoys working in an office environment.

Positive outlook and a proactive attitude.
