Business Development Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop marketing strategies for business development within the Zone.
• Have to bring in new franchisees to the organization.
• Identify Regions / Territories within the Zone with scope for opening new Franchisees.
• Maintain data of prospects and ensure regular follow-ups, presentations, etc.
• Finalize Corporate Alliances for franchise expansion with prospective clients/brands.
• Work as an interface between the brand and investors to increase closure probability and

leading to the signing of an agreement.

• Will be responsible for ensuring that the organization and its mission, programs, products, and

services are consistently presented in a strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders.

• Will plan promotional strategies for new franchisees being launched in the Zone and also for

the existing centers, keeping the target audience in mind.

• Would be responsible to review and close the required sales targets on the month-on-month

basis.

• Have to handle franchise documentation, agreements, etc.
