HR Assistant Manager - Talent Management

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  
• Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business outcomes in a fast-paced BPO environment.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop solutions to address them through manpower planning and workforce analysis.
  
• Design and maintain dashboards using tools like SuccessFactors or HRIS to track key metrics such as headcount projections, attrition rates, etc.
  
• Prepare MIS reports using Excel for senior leadership review.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in Human Resource Management with expertise in Talent Management.
  
• Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM) in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong understanding of Performance Management System (PMS), HR Analytics, Employee Engagement initiatives.
