Paint Shop Engineer - Mix Room

Role & responsibilities

• Patrolling PCS lines - all FPR pressure to be checked & confirmed
• Mix Room AHU Monitoring
• Pump room monitoring and ensuring functioning of CWS system
• CWS water condition check and pH check & confirmation
• Maintenance related issues follow up & correction
• Shift end color plan data for Production Planning
• Half batch management follow-up and check sheet updation
• Robot line and manual line choke check
• Draining and charging in spare lines as per schedule and trial plan
• QC batch approval check and updation in QC record

Preferred candidate profile

Good Knowledge in Paint Mix Room, Exposure of working with robots are an added advantage.
