Paint Shop Engineer

Role & responsibilities:

• Ed process parameter confirmation & check sheet updation.
• Monitoring of all Pit and level and discarding to the Pit system as per level in each shift
• Kathon and sulphamic acid and alcance, lactic acid addition to the bath as per schedule and bath parameter monitoring
• Bath quality physical confirmation and bath parameters sampling and confirmation along with suppliers
• Monitoring and confirmation of oven and rectifier functioning / anode cell current and Flow confirmation.
• Planning of Chemicals and paint as consumption monitoring
• Monitoring the quality in ED buffer stages and recording in inspection sheet
• ED UF Module cleaning and Flux Rate monitoring
• Planning of equipment and stand by facility ready condition in coordination with Maintenance
