JOB BRIEF
POSITION: Asst. Manager Talent Acquisition
REPORTING TO: Sr. Manager HRM & Admin. (Recruitment, Selection & Onboarding)

Position Overview: The Assistant Manager of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for driving the development, implementation, and management of our organization's Talent Acquisition strategy. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet the company's staffing needs and strategic objectives.
JOB DESCRIPTION
FUNCTION: HRM & Admin
ROLE: The goal is to acquire talent and enable business success through human capital management.
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's degree/ masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
EXPERIENCE:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Analysis and Description:
Collaborate with functional heads to understand their staffing needs and as per JD received from OD cell, workout recruitment plan.
Sourcing and Recruitment:
Utilize various sourcing platforms to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and functional heads, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
Offer Management:
Extend job offers to selected candidates as per the policy guidelines and negotiate terms and conditions of employment, including salary, benefits, and start dates.
To Verify Documentation of onboard Employees
Onboarding and Integration:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new joiners, including orientation sessions, completion of paperwork, and introduction to company policies and culture.
Employee Engagement:
Support/facilitate settling down of new joiners during their probation period and throughout the 1st year of employment. Do formal and/or informal interactions with them to make them comfortable.
Metrics and Reporting:
Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, and provide regular reports and insights to management.
Exit Interviews:
Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback, identify reasons for turnover, and uncover opportunities for improvement within the organization.
Internal Meetings: Discuss current resignations, retention strategy, and performance of employees with Sr. Manager HRM and Admin & functional Heads at regular intervals.
REPORTS & MEETINGS:
Prepare weekly & monthly reports.
Prepare MIS report

Authority commensurate with responsibility
