Essential Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.

Professional qualification such as CGEIT, Digital Transformation Certification, Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Professional (PMP), Change Management, Prince2 AGILE, COBIT 5/2019, or ITIL certifications preferred

Essential Area of Expertise:

• Extensive knowledge of SaaS and ERP products
• Digitally savvy in Automation and Innovation
• Use case development and business strategies.
• Rapidly Evolving Technology Landscape.
• Hands on techno-functional program management
• experience is a must.

Desired Area of Expertise:

• Managing risks and issues along with mitigation plan.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Business problems and design and implement new operating
• models, including people, process, and technology.

Purpose of the position:

HyFun Foods is seeking a Senior Digital Transformation Manager with both strategic and detailoriented thinking. He or she will be working with a group to serve the business needs of

significant projects around the region by implementing a digital transformation journey for the

manufacturing and food processing unit. Responsible for executing HyFun governance

mechanism for all projects to report against specific KPIs. This is an exciting opportunity to join

Roles and Responsibility:

• Planning, managing and delivery of digital and tech transformation advisory related projects to ensure business risks are recognized and appropriately managed before adversely affecting the project objectives. Activities include planning, scoping, budgeting, development of execution methodologies and resourcing the project.
• By acting as an integrator or facilitator, help the cross-functional teams bring the work streams to completion.
• Serves as an expert on new digital business models and technology, explaining to internal and external stakeholders the role of the organization in the digital future.
• Responsible for defining the goal operating model, the Vector to-be processing design, and the process implementation across HyFuns business processes that fall under the purview of the process.
• Ensuring learnings form various projects are constantly recorded and incorporated into actions to enable continuous learning and improvement.
• Understand usability of data and provide meaningful roadmap for projects with efficient solutions.
• Acts as a champion and change agent in leading the organizational changes required to create and sustain enterprise digital capabilities.
• Responsible for defining the goal operating model, the Vector to-be processing design, and the process implementation across business processes that fall under the purview of the process.
• Leverage innovation management best practices such as Design Thinking, Agile, open innovation, UX Design, root case analysis, proposition design, service design, software development life cycle etc.
