Key Expectations from Architect Role :

Expected to lead scrum team from technology perspective and owning features end to end. Sizing the backlog and closely working with scrum team at sprint and release level to develop quality high software aligned with roadmap. Actively remove obstacles to generate high velocity.

Role Description :

- Designing and building the robust and scalable software solutions across the full stack having no/least adoption effort by clients

- Enhancing coding practices (including secure code guidelines) through the implementation of unit tests, automation and code reviews

- Troubleshooting issues and proactively solving problems as they arise, ensuring the smooth operation of full stack applications

- Drive Feature ownership (You Build You Run) mindset for the owning features

- Strong stakeholder management, able to drive global technical connects

- Leads the development team effectively by helping them understand the stories/features, assigning t-shirt sizes & story points

- See across technology silos and be able to guide technical teams across application systems.

- Define technical specifications based on the agile methodologies.

- Provide guidance and feedback on team application development.

Experience :

- Experience in Software Development with 5-6 years of experience in Design

Technical Exposure :

- Java/Microservices/Backend

- Server-side Framework - Java 17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC

- Microservice Architecture, Rest API Design

- Unit Testing Framework, Junit, Mockito

- Performance Tuning & Profiling - Visual VM, JMETER

- Logging, Troubleshooting - New Relic, Dynatrace, Kibana, Cloud Watch

Database :

- Relational database - Oracle, MSSQL, MySql, Postgres, DB2

- Nosql database - MongoDB, Redis, DynamoD

- Cloud Platform, Deployment and DevOps
