Key Responsibilities:

- Product Management: Develop deep market insights, evaluate sector trends, and assess competitors' offerings. Conduct SWOT analysis of the product to identify opportunities and drive competitive advantage.

- Portfolio Review & Performance Management: Conduct product audits, re evaluate competitor actions, assess portfolio performance, and refine pricing and marketing strategies.

- Customer Journey: Design and implement a smooth, innovative, and customer centric end-to-end journey for KCC products.

- Process Streamlining: Spearhead the customization and digitalization of loan processes and system platforms to enhance operational efficiency.

- Pricing Strategy: Utilize market research and cost data to determine effective product pricing.

- Sales Support & Training: Develop and deliver training modules, liaise with support verticals and ensure alignment for product success.

- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure smooth execution of product strategies and initiatives.

- MIS & Reporting: Maintain periodic reports and product decks for internal reviews.

- Sales Coordination: Engage with sales teams to drive daily disbursal volumes and ensure smooth operational delivery.

Educational Qualifications: MBA (Marketing / Finance)

Experience: 5 Years in Industry of Banks/NBFC/HFC
