Key Responsibilities:

Product Management:

- Develop deep market insights, evaluate sector trends, and assess competitors' offerings.

- Conduct SWOT analysis of the product to identify opportunities and drive competitive advantage.

Portfolio Review & Performance Management:

- Conduct product audits, re-evaluate competitor actions, assess portfolio performance, and refine pricing and marketing strategies.

Customer Journey:

- Design and implement a smooth, innovative, and customer-centric end-to-end journey for KCC products.

Process Streamlining:

- Spearhead the customization and digitalization of loan processes and system platforms to enhance operational efficiency.

Pricing Strategy:

- Utilize market research and cost data to determine effective product pricing.

Sales Support & Training:

- Develop and deliver training modules, liaise with support verticals, and ensure alignment for product success.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

- Work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure smooth execution of product strategies and initiatives.

MIS & Reporting:

- Maintain periodic reports and product decks for internal reviews.

Sales Coordination:

- Engage with sales teams to drive daily disbursal volumes and ensure smooth operational delivery.
