Product Lead - Card Management - FinTech/Payments (10-13 yrs)

- 10+ years of experience in Financial Services, Banking, Payments

- Proven experience overseeing business at global level

- Strong background in project delivery, revenue generation, and scaling financial services products across multiple geographies.

- Monitor product performance through KPI's, customer feedback, and analytics, and drive continuous improvement.

- Manage the entire lifecycle of card products, from concept to sunset, ensuring profitability and compliance.

Risk & Compliance:

- Ensure all programs across countries adhere to regulatory and compliance frameworks, maintaining high standards of operational integrity.
