Vice President - Freight Forwarding (10-15 yrs)

Experience: 20+ years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry, with a minimum. of 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Overview - This position will play a pivotal role in driving the company's strategic direction and operational excellence.

- This position will be responsible for PnL of the Freight Forwarding business unit which has diversified.

- Services like Ocean freight, Air Freight and Projects.

- Ensuring that services are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with all regulatory. requirements.

- This leadership role requires a deep understanding of the logistics industry, exceptional. management skills, and a proven track record in growing business and managing large teams.

- This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with executive leadership to Strategize, develop. and execute strategies aimed at growing the business.

- This position will lead a dynamic team of 120+ employees across India locations, optimize business processes, expand business by executing strategies, build network of relationships, and ensure the highest level of service delivery to both internal and external customers.

- Job will also involve credit control, monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with all locations to take immediate actions in line with strategy.
