We are hiring HRBP Executive for Kolkata andf Gurugram Locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Relations: Build strong relationships with employees and act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
• Talent Management: Assist in identifying talent gaps, career development needs, and succession planning strategies.
• Recruitment Support: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to drive hiring for critical roles and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
• Performance Management: Implement and support performance evaluation systems to enhance employee productivity.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and collaborate with relevant teams to organize learning programs.
• HR Strategy Execution: Align HR initiatives with business goals and work closely with leadership to drive change management.
• Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company procedures.
• Data Reporting: Maintain HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making through regular reporting.
