Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Head & Brand Strategist with 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
Job responsibilities:
- To oversee a wide array of business functions and manage a 360 degree view of marketing including branding, communication channels, product development, online and offline promotions, and market collateral.
- To remodel the marketing processes of all business divisions.
- Execute go to marketing strategies for B2B, B2C and market places.
- To conduct qualitative marketing research , identify potential target segments, organise strategies for the database acquisition, customer profiling , CRM and website enhancement.
- Organise and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, podcast, youtube and meta).
- Strategies and work upon Brand Presence, Brand Acquisition and Brand Promotion.
- Planning and Execution of Brand Campaigns.
- Exhibitions and promotional events.
- SEO - Search Engine Optimisation - Product / Keyword Research, Implementing and developing.
- Digital Marketing - Brand awareness and promotion at flip kart and twitter.
- Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.
- Make a monthly calendar about posting.
- Email Marketing
- Drive sales through multiple portals like amazon, Flipkart etc.
- Creating A + Premium Content.
- Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
- Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.
- Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers.
- Track, measure and analyse all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Research and Analytical Skills.
- Project Management Experience.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales, Forecasting, Planning and Budgeting.
- Excellent people skills and an ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
- Creative & Out of the box thinking.
- Proven track record of building business marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills.
