We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a focus on commercial real estate and leasing. This role requires a proactive approach to business development, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the commercial real estate market.
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to meet client requirements.
- Conduct property tours and presentations for potential tenants and buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales and leasing process.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on market conditions.
- Negotiate lease terms, purchase agreements, and other contracts with clients and property owners.
- Ensure successful closing of transactions, managing all necessary documentation and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends for management review.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in commercial real estate.
- Strong knowledge of the commercial process and real estate market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach to business development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software.
- A bachelor's/master's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
