Job Description:
As part of our mandate to create empathetic and innovative products, you will work on brand strategy for user-centered brands within the healthcare and pharmaceutical ecosystem. This role involves crafting high-impact print and digital projects ranging from branding, packaging, and marketing collaterals. You will collaborate closely with the design team, researchers, and partners in the pharmaceutical ecosystem, contributing to both existing and new brands. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and passion for addressing user needs will be essential in crafting meaningful brand design solutions that prioritize patient experience and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives, focusing on healthcare design and user needs.
- Develop brand strategies and leverage research insights to conceptualize effective brand design solutions for visual identity, packaging, and marketing of new and existing products.
- Play an active role in brainstorming and conceptualizing brand and design ideas.
- Lead and facilitate brand strategy and naming workshops, driving consensus among stakeholders.
- Articulate and present brand strategy concepts and ideas to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Take ownership and manage projects and project timelines efficiently.
- Ensure brand ethos and vision are maintained while translating strategic vision into visual design.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and team members to keep projects on track.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging brand tools and technologies to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Brand Design, Strategy, or a related discipline.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in brand design, either as part of an agency or in-house team, showcasing concepts, identity creation, and impactful brand stories.
- Proficient in brand strategy, architecture, and naming tools, as well as workshop frameworks.
- Expertise in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with tools like Keynote, PowerPoint, and Miro.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design projects and creative abilities.
- Excellent understanding of visual design principles with a keen eye for detail.
Required Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Storytelling skills to effectively articulate design concepts to teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with strong time management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Indicators of creative thinking, such as blogs, thesis, or other creative expressions.
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated with new trends in the design space.
- Adaptability to changing circumstances and constraints.
