Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development:
- Develop, implement, and manage brand positioning, architecture, and go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
Marketing Campaigns & Execution:
- Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across offline and digital channels to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, and media teams to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives.
Product Launches & Promotions:
- Collaborate with product teams to strategize and execute successful product launches.
- Design promotional activities and partnerships to enhance market presence.
Brand Performance & Analytics:
- Monitor brand health metrics (awareness, recall, sentiment) and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and develop future brand strategies.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment between brand initiatives and business goals.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
Budget & Vendor Management:
- Manage the brand budget effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.
- Oversee agency deliverables and timelines, ensuring high-quality execution.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Experience: 4-8 years in brand management, marketing, or related roles, preferably in FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer Goods.
Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
