- We're looking for an Analytics Manager who can drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- This is a full-time role requiring a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in analytics.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop a deep understanding of Web3 and the Cosmos ecosystem to analyze transaction data and product features.
- Manage all analytics processes and provide data access to internal teams (Product, Growth, Marketing, Strategy, BD).
- Analyze wallet transactions, user segmentation, volumes, and market share.
- Examine on-chain data, including user segmentation, smart contract interactions, usage frequency, and volumes.
- Conduct product analytics using tools like Mixpanel to understand user behavior, engagement, and retention.
- Coordinate with the Engineering team to implement analytics requirements for new features.
- Oversee marketing analytics.
- Support investor relations with fundraising data requests and periodic reporting. Scale analytics processes across the full suite of products.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Prior experience in analytics roles. Experience leading a team of 3-4 analysts.
- Self-starter capable of owning tasks end-to-end.
- Proficient in independent problem-solving and research.
- Experience with SQL, Excel, Python (API calls, ETL using pandas, numpy), and dashboard building tools (e.g., Metabase).
- Familiarity with crypto-specific analytics tools like Dune Analytics or Flipside is a plus.
