OpenPlay - Manager - Analytics (4-6 yrs)

Position: Analytics Manager.

Role Description:.

- The Analytics Manager will be responsible for the analytics function at Openplay, developing data driven strategies, and providing actionable insights to support business objectives.

- This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics, statistical methods, and business acumen to drive decision-making processes across the organization.

- The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, a strategic mindset, and strong ability to derive data backed actionable insights.

Key Job Responsibilities:.

- Develop and implement comprehensive data analytics strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.

- Oversee the end-to-end data management process, including data collection, data warehousing, and data governance.

- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across all analytics initiatives through rigorous validation and testing procedures.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize data infrastructure and streamline data workflows.

- Conduct advanced data analysis using statistical techniques, AI & machine learning, and predictive modeling to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (Tableau,Superset, etc. ) to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to business teams & management based on data analysis to enabled data backed decision making.

- Perform ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and challenges as they arise.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, across growth, risk, CRM, product etc. , to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.

- Participate in strategic planning sessions, contributing data-driven perspectives and insights.
